I have connected my Wireless Charging Module to a power source, but it is not functioning. What can I do?Updated 5 months ago
If you have connected the Wireless Charging Module to a power source and your smartphone is not charging, only 4 factors could be responsible for this.
1) You are using an iPhone model from the iPhone 12 series or newer. In this case, please refer to the following FAQ article:
2) Charging station
3) Connection cable
4) Power source
First, make sure that the connection is to a power source with a power output of 5V/1.5A and check all interfaces.
If available, please connect an alternative device to the cable to check if there is any energy flow.
Please check if it makes a difference when you connect the Wireless Charging Module with an alternative cable to another 5V/1.5A power source.
If after these tests your smartphone still isn’t charging, please contact our Customer Support with the following information:
1) Please clarify that no charging is occurring with your smartphone.
2) Please provide our support with the power source and its output (Watt / Volt / Ampere / Power Delivery / Quick Charge).
3) Let our support know which cable you used to connect the charging station to the power source:
• Included USB-A/USB-C cable
• 12V Hard Wire Cable
• Cable Wireless Charger
• Third-party cable (please provide an online product link in this case)
4) If possible, please send our support a short video that clearly documents the connection and the lack of charging.
5) Please provide our support with your name, order number from our online store, a purchase receipt, and a delivery address.
