I connected my Charging Anti Vibration Module SPC+ to a power source, but it doesn’t seem to be working. What can I do?Updated 2 months ago
If you have connected the Charging Anti Vibration Module SPC+ to a power source and your smartphone is not charging, there are only three possible causes:
- Charging module
- Connection cable
- Power source
Please first make sure that the connector is supplying power at 5V/2A and check all interfaces thoroughly.
If possible, connect an alternative device to the cable to verify whether power is being transmitted.
Check whether anything changes when you connect the Charging Module SPC+ to another 5V/2A power source using an alternative cable.
If your smartphone still does not charge after these tests, please contact our Customer Support with the following information:
- Please confirm that your smartphone is not receiving any charge at all.
- Let our support team know which power source you are using, including its output (Watt / Volt / Ampere / Power Delivery / Quick Charge).
- Inform our support team which cable you used to connect the charging module to the power source:
- Included USB-A / USB-C cable
- CABLE 12V DC
- SPC 12V HARD WIRE CABLE
- Third-party cable (please include an online product link)
- If possible, send a short video clearly showing the wiring and the missing charging function.
- Please provide your name and your order number from our online store, or submit a proof of purchase and a delivery address.
