Can I change the orientation of my smartphone on the SP Connect mount using the SP Connect Phone Case?Updated 2 months ago

Changing the orientation of your smartphone is not possible via the Phone Case itself. The locking mechanism on the back is designed solely for secure locking and unlocking on the mount.

You adjust the orientation directly on the mount: The head of every SP Connect mount can be rotated 360° in precise 6° increments.

Here’s how it works:

1. Loosen the screw using the included tool.

2. Rotate the mount into your desired position.

3. Tighten the screw again.

This allows you to use your smartphone in both portrait and landscape orientation.

For tool-free repositioning, we recommend the Rotation Module, which is compatible with selected mounts. The Universal Mount can also be adjusted without tools.

Please note the following exceptions:

• Handlebar Mount Pro / Stem Mount Pro: Only vertical or horizontal positioning is possible.

• Aero Mount: No angle adjustment possible.
