My Phone Case Xtreme for the iPhone 17 Pro is not compatible with my SP-Connect Powerbank 5000 mAh. What can I do?Updated 2 months ago

The Phone Case Xtreme for the iPhone 17 Pro is – like all SP-Connect phone cases – precisely tailored to the shape, dimensions, and technical characteristics of the respective iPhone model.
For the iPhone 17 Pro, this includes a significantly enlarged and fully protected camera unit, surrounded by an elevated, all-around camera protection zone.

Due to this construction, it is unfortunately not possible to use the Powerbank 5000 mAh. The power bank cannot properly lock into the Twist-to-Lock system because of the changed camera outline.

The Powerbank 5000 mAh was originally developed for the iPhone models available at that time. Since future device generations and their design changes cannot be predicted in advance, we generally cannot guarantee compatibility with future smartphones.

The current Powerbank 10,000 mAh is fully compatible with the iPhone 17 Pro and the Phone Case Xtreme.
